Andrew Cantor
About Andrew
Andrew Cantor is a founding partner for the Leisure Property Advisors, the National Specialty Practice Group for Colliers specializing in the brokerage of marinas and other leisure focused properties throughout the United States and Caribbean. Andrew works closely with Matt Putnam, Dan Grovatt and Kate Tarokh on the execution of the team’s marina and leisure property assignments. Andrew and his partners have been involved in the sale of over 70 marina and leisure assets.
Andrew brings over 25 years of real estate transaction and advisory experience to Colliers. In addition to his expertise in leisure property sales, Andrew is recognized as an expert in marina and golf course finance. In 2004, Mr. Cantor started Textron Financial’s marina lending program, which he grew into the largest marina lender in the nation with over $200M in transactions. Previously, as a underwriter for Textron’s Golf Finance Division, he underwrote over $600M in acquisition, refinance and construction loans on golf courses and resorts throughout North America.
Prior to Textron, he was Director of Acquisitions for KSL Fairways where he played a key role on a team that purchased eight golf facilities and the Doral Resort. Mr. Cantor started his career at Arthur Andersen in the Real Estate Services Group advising real estate clients in a variety of assignments.

With over 15 years of experience, Brent founded White Sunrise Software and later launched Stellar Software, transforming the marina and rentals industry with tailored technology that simplifies operations, increases revenue, and elevates customer experiences.
A visionary leader, Brent is driven by a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of his clients’ needs. His work continues to empower marinas to thrive. Outside of work, Brent enjoys life in Atlanta with his wife Kelley and their two sons, Owen and Jordan.
